• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior
• Build rapport and establish a positive therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans
• Ensure all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality of PHI
• Support the creation and maintenance of an inclusive clinic culture

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry‑level BT roles (psychology degree helpful)
• Experience as an RBT is great but not required
• Available Monday–Friday from 7:45am to 4:30pm
• Experience and passion for working with children – prior experience in areas such as childcare, special education, counseling, or therapy is advantageous
• Willingness to go above and beyond for teammates and patients by creating a sense of belonging and connection
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs
