Job Summary
X-ray Technologist Nebraska
This position involves providing advanced radiologic imaging services, including trauma, portable X-rays, C-Arm procedures, and fluoroscopy, within a high-acuity Emergency Department setting. The role requires proficiency in trauma and diagnostic imaging, supporting patient care in a Level I Trauma Center environment.

    Rotating shifts, 10 hours per day, approximately 40 hours per week, including one weekend per month, 12 hours of call per month, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Certifications:

    ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist), AHA BLS, Nebraska license required.
  • Required Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting with trauma experience, proficient in trauma, imaging, and portable X-rays; fluoroscopy is minimal but possible; proficient in C-Arm procedures; trauma Level I experience required; OR experience required; ARRT (R), AHA BLS, and Nebraska license.
  • Additional Information:
    Will begin with hospital orientation including departmental on-the-job training. Candidate must be a self-starter with good team skills and adaptability. Floating between Emergency Department and Diagnostic Department may be required. Will be responsible for portable X-ray procedures on patient floors, fluoroscopy, and C-Arm procedures, with an average of 20-25 patients per shift in the ED.
