At A Place at Home - Omaha, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional in-home care to our patients, and we're seeking a compassionate and skilled In Home Caregiver to join our team.

As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement customized care plans, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and support.

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management
• Promote independence and safety by assisting with ambulation, transfers, and mobility exercises
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, bend, and move patients with care and precision
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring demeanor

• Competitive hourly rate: $17 - $19 per hour
