Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 personal care tailored to individual client care plans.
- Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
- Provide transportation to and from medical appointments and errands as needed.
- The ability to document and communicate client needs and changes in condition.
- 1+ years of caregiving experience (ALF, Nursing Home, Memory Care, or Home Health preferred).
- Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus.
- Professional communication, kindness, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations.
- Must be reliable, dependable, and on time is a MUST.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., clear background check, and references.
- Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
