Regional Clinical Director – BCBA | Omaha, Nebraska House of Hearts ABA | $90,000–$105,000 starting salary+ Bonus Opportunities
This is not just another BCBA job. This is a movement.
House of Hearts ABA isn't like any other ABA company. We are looking for a leader who wants to take ownership of our Nebraska region: growing our client base, upholding the highest clinical standards, and building a team that families and referral partners trust completely.
If you are a mission driven clinician who is ready for a new kind of challenge, this is your invitation to become part of something bigger.
What You'll Be Building
As our Regional Clinical Director for Nebraska, you will own the growth and clinical quality of ABA services across the region. This is a hybrid, in person leadership role based in Omaha, meaning you will be out in the community building referral relationships face to face, grounded in trust and clinical credibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Growing our client base across the Omaha region by building genuine, in person relationships with referral sources: pediatricians, schools, therapists, and families
- Conducting initial assessments for new clients and maintaining a required level of billable clinical hours
- Overseeing and mentoring other BCBAs, ensuring every clinician upholds the highest ethical and clinical standards
- Building a strong, well trained team of RBTs who are proud to represent House of Hearts and who are held to a high bar of clinical practice
- Ensuring every family receives high quality, ethical, individualized ABA services rooted in best practice and compassion
- Collaborating closely with our existing clinical leadership team across states to keep our clinical standards consistent everywhere we operate
- Acting as the clinical and operational face of House of Hearts in Nebraska
Here’s What You Can Expect
- Supportive, hands on leadership that actually listens
- Flexible scheduling built around your life
- Dedicated support staff, both clinical and administrative
- Low caseloads (7 to 10 clients) to protect quality and your own balance
- Competitive pay and bonus opportunities
- Growth and leadership pathways if you choose to expand your caseload or your role
- A collaborative, warm team culture, both online and in the field
Who We’re Looking For
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, licensed or license eligible in Nebraska
- Someone who is excited to be challenged and to grow professionally
- A natural relationship builder who is comfortable getting in the community and creating referral sources in person
- Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands on clinical work, including conducting assessments and meeting billable hour expectations
- Deeply committed to ethical practice and clinical excellence, with a genuine focus on quality of care
- A team player who can collaborate with clinical leadership across multiple states while still making Nebraska their own
Why House of Hearts
