This role provides compassionate, professional mental health services in accordance with scope of practice, ethical guidelines, and agency policies and procedures through Catholic Charities’ Outpatient Program, while providing supervision to Provisionals. Though our Catholic Faith guides our work, you do not have to be Catholic to join our team or receive services from Catholic Charities. As a critical and leading member of the Catholic Charities’ Behavioral Health Services team, you will:

• Provide compassionate care:
  Offer consultations, assessments, therapy, support, and referrals using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices that affirm the inherent worth of every person. Deliver services in a manner that is safe, timely, and responsive—upholding the highest professional standards aligned in Catholic Social Teaching.
• Honor each story with excellence:
  Maintain clear, accurate, and high-quality documentation that reflect professionalism, accountability, and a deep respect for those served.
• Walk alongside others in service:
  Collaborate with colleagues in creating solution-focused, person-centered interventions that help individuals and families overcome barriers and rediscover hope.
• Grow in faith and purpose:
  Engage in ongoing faith-based learning and professional development opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP)
• Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) experience is preferred.
• A heart for service and a steady, professional presence.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible in adjusting to ministry needs.
