BAIG, LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Omaha, NE. • Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community outings, and activities
• Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed
• Foster independence and community inclusion for individuals served
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and person-centered approach to care
