The Founders Club at 88 Tactical is seeking a friendly, dependable Host to help create a welcoming experience for our members and guests. This position plays an important role in guest service by managing seating while also supporting the dining room to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Manage waitlists and seating rotation
• Escort guests to tables and assist with guest needs
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the host stand and entry area
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed
• Support bussing and overall dining room flow
• Communicate effectively with servers and management
• Help create a positive first impression and guest experience

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and punctuality
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Evening and weekend availability is a plus
