Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Park Manager located in Mobile, AL. The Park Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating events and programming, maintaining a high standard of customer service, supervising recreational activities, and monitoring budgets. The Park Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the park while fostering a vibrant, family‑friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and staff management
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and employees
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to oversee and manage park budgets and expenses
  • Knowledge or experience in Recreation or hospitality management
  • Proactive problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to safety and high‑quality service
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, recreation, business administration or a relevant field is a plus
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required
