Responsibilities

You will supervise front desk operations, coordinate guest services, manage cash handling, oversee team scheduling, and foster an environment where hospitality is personal and collaborative. Your role includes welcoming guests, handling reservations, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring seamless communication with all hotel departments.

Qualifications
  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Six months of front desk experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
