Orléans Room at The Cottonwood is looking for a passionate, energetic, and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to help lead the daily operations of one of Omaha’s most distinctive dining destinations.
At Orléans Room, exceptional service meets exceptional flavor. Surrounded by locally curated artwork and inspired by the changing seasons, our restaurant showcases fresh, locally sourced ingredients transformed into creative yet approachable dishes. From signature favorites like Lobster Deviled Eggs and Truffle Frites to the legendary Reuben sandwich that traces its roots back to the original Blackstone Hotel, every detail of the guest experience is thoughtfully crafted.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll partner with the Restaurant Manager to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll set the tone for hospitality excellence, coach team members to deliver outstanding service, and help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for breakfast, brunch, dinner, and everything in between.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier; supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task
- Prior cash handling & experience with MICROS POS system
- TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certification preferred
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
