Aloft Omaha Aksarben Village is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and manage all aspects of their accommodations. Responsibilities include check-in and check-out tasks, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in hotel roles, a customer service attitude, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with hotel reservations software such as OPERA PMS is a plus.
