Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Train, assist, and supervise banquet house persons in setup, cleaning, and service for banquet events;
Review the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and day-of work assignments;
Direct and assist in preparing function room setups according to BEO specifications;
Inspect function rooms for completeness and oversee post-event cleanup and storage of equipment;
Greet and serve guests following policy guidelines and complete event paperwork
