Banquet Bartender On Call PT

Marcus Hotels & Resorts - 222 North 10th Street - Responsibilities:
Set up the bar daily with necessary supplies per Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and check par levels of beer, wine, and spirits;
Stock, cut, and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables to maintain quality;
Greet guests courteously, take drink orders, mix and garnish drinks using standard recipes and portion control;
Update par sheets during shifts for accuracy and accountability;
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and guest areas throughout the shift
