Shuttle Driver / Front Desk Associate

EVEN Hotel is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented team member to join our team as a Shuttle Driver / Front Desk Associate
. This unique position combines providing safe and courteous transportation for our guests with delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you!

• Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport and other approved local destinations.
• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the hotel shuttle.
• Cross-train and assist at the Front Desk
  , including:
  • Checking guests in and out.
  • Answering phone calls and making reservations.
  • Processing guest payments.
  • Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate guest records.
• Assist with general hotel operations and support other departments as needed.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet company insurance requirements to operate the hotel shuttle.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
