Towne Place Suites by Marriott Omaha West – Omaha, Nebraska

Are you a hospitality professional who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence? Towne Place Suites Omaha West is seeking an energetic and service-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and help create memorable stays for every guest.

Our all-suite extended-stay hotel is located in the heart of West Omaha and is known for providing a welcoming, home-like experience for guests traveling for business and leisure.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Front Desk team to deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Manage daily front office operations, including guest arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest requests.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Create and manage front desk schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new associates.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and audit compliance.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Support revenue goals through upselling, rate management, and inventory control.
  • Participate in Manager-on-Duty shifts as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel front office or supervisory experience.
  • Marriott experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Experience with property management systems and hotel technology platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
