Kinseth Hospitality Companies - - Responsibilities:
Maintains and repairs physical structures of hotel buildings and grounds;
Cleans internal areas of hotel buildings including storage/boiler rooms, parking lots, public areas, banquet rooms and guest rooms;
Maintains and repairs plumbing and electrical systems;
Operates snow removal equipment to keep parking lots and sidewalks clear;
Greets guests and addresses maintenance concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
