Hotel Task Force General Manager

Nightcap Management is seeking an experienced Task Force General Manager to provide interim leadership and operational support across our growing portfolio of hotels. This role is ideal for a hands‑on hospitality leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and can quickly build trust with hotel teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership for hotels experiencing leadership transitions, renovations, new openings, or operational challenges.
• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations while delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop hotel leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
• Monitor financial performance, labor, revenue, and operating expenses to drive profitability.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement action plans to improve hotel performance.
• Communicate regularly with corporate leadership regarding property performance, priorities, and progress.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel General Manager experience required.
• Multi‑brand experience preferred (IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Choice, Wyndham, etc.).
• Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and lead effectively in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently between multiple hotel locations as business needs require.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
