Front Desk - Night Audit - 11pm-7am Full Time

Position Summary

As our Night Auditor, you'll play an important role in ensuring our guests receive excellent service while completing the hotel's nightly accounting and audit procedures. This position combines front desk responsibilities with financial reconciliation and helps ensure the hotel operates smoothly throughout the overnight hours.

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and address concerns promptly.
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and complete the nightly audit.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Process reservations and maintain accurate guest information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby.
• Follow Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and procedures.
• Monitor the property and help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
• Assist with setting up the complimentary breakfast as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and other duties as assigned to support hotel operations.

• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required-we're happy to train the right person.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions when needed.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
