The Impact You'll MakeAs a Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor, you’ll be the welcoming face and the behind-the-scenes problem solver. By day, you’ll ensure smooth check-ins, answer questions, and help guests feel night, you’ll balance the books, prepare reports, and ensure the property is ready for the next day. Your role is the bridge between guest experience and operational excellence.
What You'll Do- Greet guests with genuine warmth, check them in/out efficiently, and anticipate their needs.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests with accuracy and care.
- Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email—always with a solutions-first mindset.
- Complete nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Monitor property security during overnight hours, ensuring guest safety and peace of mind.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Previous hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial transactions and reports. Comfort with hotel property management systems (PMS) or the ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
