Catering Manager

Aramark is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Catering Manager I to join our team in the Food & Beverage Operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering services, including planning, organizing, and executing catering events from small meetings to large banquets. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute all catering events coordinating with clients to meet their specific requirements.
• Manage and lead a team of catering staff ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
• Oversee the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor budgeting and financial management for all catering events to ensure profitability.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and safety at all events.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Evaluate and refine catering processes and offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.
