Manufacturing Environment | Confidential Search
We are seeking a hands‑on Human Resources Generalist to support a manufacturing operation in an on‑site role. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex employee‑related matters in a fast‑paced environment.
Core Responsibilities- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for leadership and employees
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee records
- Administer benefits and coordinate employee leaves of absence
- Support employee relations matters, investigations, and performance documentation
- Partner with leadership on corrective action, terminations, and workplace issues
- Coordinate workers’ compensation, safety documentation, and compliance activities
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment
- Working knowledge of employee relations, leave administration, and employment compliance
- Strong judgment, organization, and discretion
