Responsibilities- Take ownership of bi-weekly payroll processing for roughly ~1,000 employees in a number of different states while serving as a supportive, hands-on leader as you guide a small but mighty team.
- This company has recently successfully implemented Workday (Human Capital Management) as their payroll platform and they are eager to identify an individual who is familiar with Workday.
- You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a team of detailed payroll professionals with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and culture building.
- Work closely with both accounting and HR leaders who are wonderful people and will empower you while also having an open door policy
