We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented High Volume Recruiting Coordinator to support large-scale hiring efforts for call center, customer service, claims, and underwriting roles. These positions are primarily phone-based and support customers navigating sensitive matters such as life insurance claims, policy cancellations, and payment inquiries — making strong communication skills and empathy essential qualities to assess.
This is a fast-paced, high-activity role. The right person will be comfortable being “on” throughout the day, managing a calendar filled with short phone and video screens while keeping processes moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Review applicant pools for minimum qualifications using established criteria
- Conduct initial phone and video screens using standardized interview guides
- Listen to recorded interviews and document feedback using predefined scoring criteria
- Flag qualified candidates for recruiter review
- Send, track, and support candidate assessments
- Assist with one‑way and live video screening activities
- Support scheduling and interview coordination
- Assist with candidate dispositioning and ATS updates
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized candidate records
Your day will include frequent short video calls, phone screens, scheduling coordination, and ongoing candidate communication. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to stay energized and professional in a busy, structured environment.
