5 months Contract (Temporary role) / with possible assignment extension
Payrate: $40.00/ Hour
Reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition, you will be an internal consultant for Hiring Managers, building business relationships to fill roles with qualified and diverse talent. You will support the Global Business Services and Information Technology functions by partnering with leaders to understand goals, assess hiring needs, and manage searches through the full recruiting lifecycle. You will develop strong pipelines, deliver candidates effectively, and contribute to a high-quality hiring experience.
ATaste of Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through hire
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively build pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates
- Conduct interviews and provide Hiring Managers with clear, concise candidate summaries
- Partner with HR business partners to present offers to internal and external candidates
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-through
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers and HR business partners through strategy discussions and regular updates
