Are you passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities and fostering long-term professional relationships? We're seeking a Fleet Engagement & Recruiting Specialist to join our Omaha team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in attracting qualified drivers, guiding them through the onboarding process, and supporting their ongoing success within our transportation network.
Your efforts will directly contribute to driver growth, engagement, and retention while helping strengthen one of the region's leading transportation services.

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events
- Promote driving opportunities through local partnerships and hiring initiatives
- Meet recruiting and onboarding objectives through proactive candidate engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs for Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide new drivers from application through onboarding and vehicle placement
- Ensure every new driver receives a professional, welcoming, and informative onboarding experience
- Foster positive relationships with active drivers and provide ongoing support
- Help identify opportunities to improve driver satisfaction and retention
- Address questions, concerns, and challenges while connecting drivers with appropriate resources
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support engagement and retention initiatives
- Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and retention records
- Monitor hiring activity, onboarding progress, and driver retention metrics
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
- Assist with workforce development projects and operational initiatives as needed
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, workforce development, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities
