The HR Generalist/Training & Development Specialist is part of the Human Resources team. In this role, you will lead learning and development initiatives, support the HR Director in matters related to employee relations, compensation and benefits, and ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains a talented and engaged workforce. You will support a broad range of HR functions to promote a positive and engaged culture and work with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
