How would you contribute?

This role is a contributing member of our Airlite - Omaha team, located in Omaha, NE. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are a key to continued growth and success of Airlite. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full‑cycle recruitment across a diverse range of manufacturing and professional roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that reflect the organization’s goals and values.

The Talent Acquisition Partner also ensures a seamless, positive onboarding experience for all new hires.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates for roles in skilled trades, engineering, front‑line leadership, and business support.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, labor market trends, and sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and provide consistent updates on recruitment progress.
  • Screen, review, and interview applicants to evaluate work history, competencies, and qualifications.
  • Coordinate all pre‑employment activities, including background checks, drug screens, vision testing, and completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Manage new‑hire processing to meet Payroll, State, and Federal requirements, including orientation, new‑hire forms, I-9 documentation, and timekeeping setup.
  • Lead and support the onboarding experience to ensure smooth transitions for all new employees.
  • Consult with the broader talent team on workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence on hiring trends, competitive landscape, compensation, and potential recruitment challenges.
  • Attend career fairs and community recruitment events as needed.
  • Coordinate the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries related to recruiting and selection.
  • Compile hiring statistics and maintain recruitment data to support reporting and analysis.
