Employee Success Coordinator
Responsible for assisting the Director of Organizational Development in the coordination of Organization Development programs including case management, supportive services, career development, and new employee orientation support. This role will work directly with employees to maintain employment, set and achieve career goals, and to improve their productivity & employability skills to reach their full potential at Goodwill and in life.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Provide employment, resource navigation and training services to all Goodwill Omaha employees.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of employee appreciation events, working with Goodwill Omaha staff and community partners.
- Assist in Goodwill's employee engagement/Will Power committee. Will help set up meetings, create agendas, and update and maintain program calendar for staff breakrooms.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with local businesses, vocational training institutions, and support service and community resource agencies to identify job placement and career advancement opportunities
- Spearhead the department's monthly reporting process by leveraging case management software to monitor assessments, track referrals, and document services provided to employees. Meet one-on-one with employees to discuss needed resources, education, or employment services.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with community agencies and keep current with resources throughout the community.
- Develop positive relationships with all teams to create a unified approach to employee success initiatives.
- Assist in planning and conducting New Hire Orientation sessions to ensure new employees are introduced to company culture, values, and policies
- Assist with facilitation of both virtual and live training sessions with employees on topics ranging from role specific training to personal development.
- Promote the organizational-wide online Learning Management System training.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure open communication.
- Serve as an advocate for employees' needs and concerns
- Promote a healthy, inclusive, and collaborative company culture aligned with organizational values
- Design and manage programs that celebrate achievements such as Employee of the Month or milestone anniversaries.
- Collect success stories and highlight them to inspire and motivate the team.
- Conduct regular surveys, feedback sessions, and interviews to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Meet or exceed attendance expectations for this position.
- Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants.
- Participate in on-the-job retail training across all roles to foster empathy, strengthen cross-functional understanding, and enhance overall operational knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Personally participate in ongoing professional growth, education and development as well as supporting others in their efforts to develop.

Education and/or Experience- Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.
- One year or more of case management is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in education, human services, or a related field is preferred.
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize among multiple projects
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain accuracy
- Ability to travel within the Goodwill service area
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings
- Ability to remain calm in high stress situations
- Ability to remain patient with difficult situations
Sedentary Lifting up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and files. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
