Job Summary

The Agent Growth and Technology Coordinator is responsible for attracting, onboarding, training, supporting, and retaining real estate agents. This role combines talent acquisition with technology enablement to help agents become productive faster and achieve long-term success within the brokerage.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who excels at recruiting talented agents while providing coaching, training, and technology support that improves productivity, engagement, and retention. This position serves as a single point of contact throughout the agent lifecycle:

Essential Functions
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit licensed real estate agents.
  • Build and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline through calls, emails, texting, social media outreach, networking events, referrals, and recruiting campaigns.
  • Conduct career consultations, recruiting presentations, interviews, discovery meetings, and office tours.
  • Highlight the brokerage value proposition, technology platforms, training programs, and support resources.
  • Maintain an organized recruiting database and track prospect activity within CRM systems.
  • Nurture recruiting relationships through extended recruiting cycles and ongoing follow-up.
  • Assist agents transitioning to the brokerage and guide them through onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary trainer for brokerage-approved technology platforms.
  • Deliver onboarding technology training for newly affiliated agents.
  • Conduct individual, group, virtual, and in-person training sessions.
  • Train agents on CRM systems, transaction management platforms, marketing tools, MLS systems, productivity applications, and AI tools.
  • Develop training materials, videos, webinars, quick-reference guides, and best-practice resources.
  • Provide ongoing technology coaching, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Monitor technology adoption, utilization, and engagement metrics.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.
Agent Onboarding, Retention & Engagement
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for all new agents.
  • Ensure timely setup of technology accounts, system access, and foundational training.
  • Create a positive and productive first 30-day onboarding experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with agents to assess progress and identify productivity barriers.
  • Develop programs that improve technology adoption and business productivity.
  • Support accountability, business planning, and professional development initiatives.
  • Gather agent feedback and recommend improvements to training, onboarding, and operational processes.
  • Partner with leadership to improve agent satisfaction and retention.
Marketing & Growth Initiatives
  • Partner with marketing to support recruiting campaigns and growth initiatives.
  • Assist with career nights, recruiting events, workshops, and agent development programs.
  • Leverage social media and digital channels to strengthen the brokerage recruiting brand.
  • Promote brokerage tools, training opportunities, and success stories.
  • Support programs designed to increase agent engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Demonstrates company core values; trustworthy, international, authentic, innovative, and inclusive.
  • Reasonable and reliable attendance and timeliness when reporting to work and completing work.
  • Interacts and works well with others at all levels within the organization.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in training, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
