Are you an HR professional who enjoys variety, building strong relationships, and being a trusted resource for employees and leaders? We're partnering with our client, a well-established, growing organization seeking a Part‑Time HR Generalist to support employees across multiple locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible 20-hour-per-week schedule while remaining engaged in all facets of human resources.
This role offers the opportunity to own the employee experience from hire to departure while partnering with leadership to foster a positive, professional workplace culture.
What You'll Do- Manage and support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, and offboarding.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations issues with professionalism and consistency.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
- Support recruiting efforts through candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Assist with performance management, coaching conversations, and HR initiatives.
- Help promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture across multiple office locations.
- Travel to company locations approximately once per month to build relationships and provide on‑site HR support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Three or more years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Experience handling employee relations and benefits administration.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience supporting multiple office locations or geographically dispersed teams.
- Previous experience in a growing organization.
- Part‑time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week.
- Hybrid flexibility available
- Monthly travel between office locations.
