- Maintain recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with hiring practices
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and ATS systems
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
