You'll play an important role in helping build the future of the department while working alongside a respected Director who is committed to mentoring the next generation of company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for delivering exceptional employee benefits administration and client service.
• Partner with clients on complex benefits questions while serving as a trusted resource and relationship manager.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Client Services, and Operations to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
• Help build the future of the department by developing talent, strengthening procedures, and preparing the team for continued growth.
