Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management

- Conduct market studies as requested by HR, recruiters and/or managers
- Manage the participation of all salary and benefits surveys
- Partners with the Sr Compensation Administrator in all aspects of HDR salary and incentive planning processes
- Maintain Payfactors market pricing system by ensuring upload of salary survey results and updating employee data
- Manage the HR portion of the prevailing wage administration
- Prepare quarterly compensation reports for internal Board members
- Update geographic differential report quarterly for recruiters and HR reps
- Complete the market pricing portion of annual FAR audit
Work with internal compliance, accounting staff and external auditors as needed
- Intermediate PowerBI skills or the willingness to learn
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business or closely-related field
- A minimum of 3 years related compensation experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Strong Excel skills using formulas, functions & pivot tables
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations affecting compensation
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
