Help Build the Team Behind the World's #1 Laser Hair Removal Company

With over 400 clinics nationwide and continued expansion, Milan Laser Hair Removal is looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting efforts for our Centralized Hiring Division and help us identify, evaluate, and hire the exceptional people who power our growth.

This Talent Acquisition role has a level of hiring ownership that goes beyond traditional recruiting. For a select portion of Milan's field hiring, you'll serve as the hiring manager—conducting final interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions for positions across multiple divisions.

That responsibility requires exceptional talent judgment. We're looking for an experienced recruiter with a demonstrated ability to evaluate motivation, competency, communication, performance potential, and role fit—and, most importantly, a track record of making hiring decisions that result in outstanding hires.

Beyond centralized hiring, you'll apply your expertise across Milan's broader Talent Acquisition function. You'll support field recruiting and clinic expansion while contributing to corporate recruiting. You'll partner on corporate searches across a variety of functions and levels, including specialized, technical, professional, and management positions.

This is an opportunity for an experienced talent professional who has developed exceptional recruiting instincts and is ready for greater ownership of hiring outcomes. You'll need the versatility to move between high-volume field hiring and complex individual searches, the communication skills to build credibility across the organization, and the judgment to be trusted with the hiring decision itself.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a hiring manager for designated field positions across multiple Milan divisions, conducting structured interviews, evaluating candidate motivation, competencies, performance potential, and role fit, and making final hiring decisions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of what differentiates Milan's highest performers and apply those insights to consistently strengthen quality of hire.
  • Communicate hiring decisions and recommendations with clear, well-supported rationale while navigating complex hiring conversations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Assist with corporate searches across a variety of functions and levels, including specialized, technical, professional, and management positions.
  • Participate in intake meetings with business leaders to understand new or evolving positions, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for field positions, supporting established clinics and new clinic openings across Milan's national footprint.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and engage high-caliber passive candidates through Linked In Recruiter, referrals, networking, social media, market research, and other recruiting tools.
  • Quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar roles and talent markets, translating business needs into clear candidate criteria and actionable search strategies.
  • Build trusted cross-functional relationships and provide thoughtful guidance on talent, candidate quality, market conditions, and hiring strategy.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, transparent, and highly professional communication.
  • Manage multiple hiring priorities while maintaining an exceptionally high standard for talent, urgency, organization, and quality.
  • Leverage recruiting data, hiring outcomes, and feedback to continuously improve sourcing, selection, and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing Talent Acquisition team where accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement are part of how we work every day.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success across a variety of positions, functions, and hiring environments.
  • A proven track record of outstanding quality of hire and consistently identifying candidates who go on to become strong performers.
  • Exceptional interviewing and talent-assessment skills, with the judgment to evaluate motivation, competencies, communication, performance potential, and role fit—and confidently make difficult selection decisions.
  • Experience managing both high-volume recruiting needs and targeted, complex searches across multiple functions and levels; experience with specialized, technical, and management positions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with demonstrated success identifying and engaging high-caliber passive candidates.
  • Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar positions, participate in effective intake meetings, and translate business needs into effective recruiting and sourcing…
