  • Ensure candidates meet company, client, state, federal, and regulatory requirements before beginning an assignment
  • Process new assignments, extensions, reassignments, renewals, and ongoing compliance requirements
  • Conduct pre-clearance calls and maintain consistent follow-up until candidates are fully cleared for work
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, sales teams, clinical teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments
  • Maintain daily visibility into credentialing progress, outstanding requirements, and potential start-date risks
  • Escalate compliance concerns, delays, or exceptions to the appropriate leadership team
  • Follow Joint Commission standards and other applicable healthcare staffing regulations
  • Support brand-specific clinical, educational, school-based, and state compliance requirements
  • Assist with high-volume periods, employee absences, new client implementations, audits, and special projects
  • Protect confidential candidate, employee, medical, and compliance information
  • Complete other credentialing and compliance duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
