Seldin is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to support hiring and onboarding across our multi-state property management portfolio. In this role, you will manage recruiting processes, coordinate onboarding activities, support hiring managers, and help create an exceptional candidate and new-hire experience.

What You Will Do
The Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist manages full-cycle recruiting, pre-onboarding, and new-hire onboarding coordination for an assigned multi-state property management portfolio. This role drives a timely, organized, and compliant hiring process by guiding candidates through each stage, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring recruiting and onboarding activities are completed accurately and professionally across the assigned portfolio.
