Unison seeks an experienced Human Resources Consultant to manage daily HR operations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. Hybrid role requiring 3 full days in our Omaha, Nebraska office.
Temporary 90-day W2 contract with full-time hours (30-40/week) and eligibility without sponsorship. Responsibilities include ADP-based payroll, benefits administration (Navia), audits, recruiting support via Greenhouse, and active HR project participation.
