Salar $ 35- $ 51 per hour based on experience
3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
This role will be a Technical Talent Acquisition role.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership.
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline development.
