This is a full time, on-site position located in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. HR experience or a related degree is preferred, but we are looking for someone who is motivated, team-oriented, and ready to learn.
Essential Job Functions Answer, screen, and troubleshoot a high volume of calls coming into the Human Resources Department.
Greet and assist employees, visitors, and applicants in the office reception area.
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping Human Resources information confidential.
Assist with administrative duties, including employee attendance and time clocks, benefits enrollment, training, responses to local and federal agencies, employment verifications, safety record keeping, and maintenance of employee records in the HRMS system.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and documents used by the Human Resources Department.
Support Human Resources processes by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information, and completing other duties as assigned.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmAs an employee-owned company, eligible employees also have the opportunity to share in the success of Majors Plastics through our ESOP.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Two (2) years of Human Resources experience or a related degree is preferred.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, trust and integrity.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities to meet important deadlines
Bilingual skills are not required but are preferred.
Ability to complete tasks in their entirety.
Self-motivated and team oriented.
Physical Requirements
1. Normal office environment with routine periods of sitting, walking, or standing.
2. The ability to travel between facilities.
