Human Resource Coordinator

Create a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, employees, and business partners. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and assist in coordinating key HR functions, including employee benefits administration, onboarding, and other personnel-related processes.

ANNUAL SALARY: $55,000 -$60,000

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provide timely assistance or escalation as needed.
• Support the administration and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs.
• Assist with recruitment activities.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Partner with HR team to ensure open enrollment process are completed accurately and timely.
• Assist with administration of leave programs and employee accommodations.
• Prepare reports.
• Support employee engagement activities and company culture initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and organizational information.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-year administrative experience in human resources.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
