We are seeking a motivated, energetic Internal Recruiter to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for identifying, contacting, interviewing, and developing relationships with qualified candidates for a variety of professional positions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, enjoys talking with people, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. • Source and identify qualified candidates through Linked In, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruiting tools
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, texts, and Linked In outreach to prospective candidates
• Interview and screen candidates to understand their experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and qualifications
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Present qualified candidates to the appropriate internal team members
• Coordinate interviews and assist candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the company's CRM/ATS
• Follow up consistently with candidates and maintain an active recruiting pipeline
• Work closely with Account Managers and other recruiters to understand current hiring needs
• Meet weekly and monthly recruiting activity and performance goals
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

• Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or other phone-based professional experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and searches simultaneously
• Comfortable working with CRM, ATS, Linked In, and other technology platforms
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
