We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Service Now's Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the design and implementation of Service Now solutions, with a focus on IRE and CMDB.
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive CMDB strategy, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
-Design and implement complex integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems.
-Optimize IRE processes to ensure efficient and accurate identification and reconciliation of Configuration Items (CIs).
-Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the Service Now development team.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Service Now solutions.
-Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, integrations, and best practices.
-Stay current with Service Now releases and recommend platform improvements.
-Lead the implementation of ITAM (IT Asset Management) and its integration with Discovery and CMDB.
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of hands-on Service Now implementation and architecture experience.
-Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB certification.
-Service Now Certified Application Developer.
-Extensive experience with Service Now IRE, CMDB, and integration technologies.
-Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in Service Now.
-Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular
JS, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with Service Now Discovery and Service Mapping.
-Proven experience in designing and implementing ITAM solutions in Service Now.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Service Now Certified Technical Architect certification.
-Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery.
- Experience with Service Now ITOM, HRSD, ITBM, and CSM modules.
-Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration with Service Now.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

-Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
