The Architect, Technology is responsible for ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements. This includes creating detailed technical solutions, scheduling and facilitating meetings across organizations to ensure alignment on proposed solutions, and ensuring technical and quality strategies are aligned.

We are seeking a Solution Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership across our Enterprise Platforms ecosystem. The role will define and guide the future state architecture for our SaaS and homegrown enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology best practices.

Our Enterprise Platforms ecosystem includes industry‑leading SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mule Soft, Adobe, Workday, Peoplesoft, Hyperion, Service Now, as well as homegrown digital document management and retrieval systems, and solutions supporting corporate security and facilities management.

• Architectural Strategy & Vision
• Assess the current state of the Enterprise Platforms ecosystem and define a strategic target state architecture for the next 3‑5 years.
• Develop and maintain a modernization roadmap to drive platform scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
• Partner with enterprise architecture and business stakeholders to align platform strategy with business objectives.
• Technical Leadership & Delivery Support
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and technical leads, including the use of Git Lab CI/CD, Terraform for infrastructure‑as‑code, and automations for repeatable tasks and testing.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve technical practices and architectural thinking.
• Ensure robust integration patterns and API strategies using Mule Soft and other middleware solutions.
• Continuous Improvement & Modernization
• Advocate for and implement best practices in cloud adoption, integration, security, and automation.
• Evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve the Enterprise Platforms ecosystem.
• Drive standardization and optimization across the portfolio to reduce technical debt and improve efficiency.

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in designing and integrating SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Adobe, Mule Soft, Peoplesoft, and Hyperion.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) with emphasis on AWS architecture and common services (Lambda, EKS, EC2, IAM, S3, Secrets Manager, Private Link, ECR), API management, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Git Lab CI/CD, containerization with Kubernetes and Docker, and Istio service mesh.
• Expertise with Java, Python, and Spring Boot to design and build microservices and automations.
• Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and architectural strategies.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams in best practices and modern development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders.

• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making as applied to enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Security models and compliance frameworks.
