• Define, develop, implement, and support API integrations with Third-Party Benefit Administrators
• Utilize models to design and develop new or enhanced business technologies
• Follow the software development lifecycle and Dev Ops practices while experimenting with emerging technologies
• Responsible for the development, maintenance, testing, and integration of applications and systems
• Participate in designing new solutions aligning with Target Architecture principles, focusing on customer experience

• Experienced in Salesforce Flow design and Apex Programming
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud module and experience with email to case logic
• Proven ability to design and execute customized solutions utilizing best practices in Salesforce
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with various systems through APIs
• Must have a high-speed internet connection for remote work

• Experience with implementing and maintaining a Salesforce CRM application
• Working knowledge of APIs and system-to-system integrations
• Familiarity with Mule Soft APIs and similar CRM systems
