MAKE AN IMPACTAs a Senior M365 Cloud Engineer
, you will:
- Lead & implement Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure projects
- Architect & execute cloud migrations from on-premises to M365/Azure environments
- Serve as subject matter expert on Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune & Azure technologies for both clients and internal teams
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients through deep understanding of their business operations
- Configure & deploy security solutions including Conditional Access, MFA & governance frameworks
- Develop automation workflows to improve deployment efficiency & consistency
- Provide Tier 3/4 technical support & mentorship to engineering teams
- Collaborate with Project Managers & Account Managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Work with cutting-edge cloud technologies in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- 5-7 years of hands‑on IT infrastructure or systems engineering experience
- 5-7 years of Microsoft 365 administration & implementation experience
- 2-3 years of Microsoft Azure infrastructure experience
- Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience strongly preferred
- Microsoft certifications preferred (AZ-104, MS-102, or similar)
- Strong customer service & problem‑solving skills while working with clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organization
- Creative problem solver with ability to figure things out on the fly
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Exchange Online administration, migration & hybrid configurations
- One Drive for Business implementation & migration
- Conditional Access policies, MFA & identity security
- Cloud migration projects (Exchange, file shares, infrastructure)
- Migration tools (Bit Titan, AvePoint, Microsoft native tools)
- On‑premise to Entra hybrid & Entra native deployments
- Power Shell scripting & automation
- Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
- Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V)
