Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer with deep experience in machine learning and deep learning model development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applying these technologies to solve complex problems across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate on projects spanning multiple verticals, including advanced analytics, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and other cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

• Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models to address client challenges.
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Optimize and tune models for scalability, performance, and accuracy.
• Use statistical techniques and tools to assess and validate model performance.
• Provide guidance on data collection, preprocessing, and transformation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

• Degree or certification in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in machine learning.
• Proven expertise in Python, Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and related libraries.
• Experience with deploying machine learning and deep learning pipelines to Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and models.
• Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms and models.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control.
• Familiarity with project management and issue tracking tools like JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

• This is a full-time position in our Omaha, Nebraska office.
