Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Data & AI Platform Architect with deep expertise in Snowflake and Databricks, and hands-on experience designing AI-powered solutions and autonomous AI agents. This role focuses on presales leadership, solution architecture, and early-phase advisory, supporting enterprise US-based clients in collaboration with System Integrators (SIs).

The ideal candidate can bridge data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI agents, articulating how modern data architectures enable intelligent automation, decision intelligence, and AI-driven business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data platform and AI solution design for presales pursuits including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, demos, and client presentations
• Define modern data architectures leveraging Snowflake and Databricks
• Design AI-enabled solution architectures, including LLM-based workflows and AI agents
• Develop implementation roadmaps, effort estimates, staffing models, and pricing inputs
• Partner with sales and account teams to position Data & AI platforms as strategic business enablers

Client & SI Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to US enterprise clients and SI partners
• Lead discovery and architecture workshops across business, data, and IT stakeholders
• Collaborate with SI teams on co-delivery models, governance, and platform ownership
• Support executive-level conversations with CIOs, CDOs, and Analytics/AI leaders
• Snowflake (Data Cloud, Native Apps, Cortex, Snowpark)
• Databricks (Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow)
• Design data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines
• Define semantic layers, data products, and domain-oriented data models
• Architect AI agent solutions, including:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Autonomous agents orchestrating data, workflows, and actions
• Integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, ITSM)
• Advise on MLOps, LLMOps, model governance, security, and compliance
• Define KPIs, data quality metrics, and AI performance measures

Delivery Enablement (As Needed)

• Provide architectural oversight during early delivery phases
• Review data models, pipelines, AI agent workflows, and deployment patterns
• Support presales-to-delivery transition with minimal risk
• Mentor data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI engineers

Required Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Enterprise Architecture
• 8+ years of experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
• Proven experience working with System Integrators and large enterprise clients
• Strong experience supporting US-based customers in presales and delivery
• Deep knowledge of:
• Snowflake and Databricks ecosystems
• Data modeling, ETL/ELT, streaming, and orchestration
• AI/ML and LLM-based solution design
• RFP responses
• Client workshops and executive presentations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
