• Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Build and enhance PI and REI workflows within Service Now.
• Develop and customize Service Now applications using:
  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
  • Script Includes, ACLs, and Glide scripting
• Implement and support Service Now CSM and Health & Safety modules.
• Design and develop REST, SOAP, and JDBC integrations.
• Work with MID Server and Integration Hub for system integrations.
• Develop and maintain CMDB and align implementations with CSDM standards.
• Support ITOM modules including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Build custom applications on the Service Now Application Platform.
• Perform UI customizations using HTML, CSS, and Angular
  
  JS for Service Portal.
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and adherence to Service Now best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining a strong developer-first focus.

• 11+ years of hands-on Service Now development
• Strong expertise in:
• Service Now CSM
• Health and Safety Module
• Advanced JavaScript / Glide Script skills
• Experience with REST APIs and Service Now integrations
• Hands-on experience with:
• MID Server
• Integration Hub
• CMDB, CSDM
• Discovery
• Multiple Service Now implementation experience

• Prior experience in Health & Safety–focused Service Now implementations
• ITOM exposure beyond Discovery (Event Management, Service Mapping)
