- Design, implement, and operate container services platforms, with a strong focus on integrating platforms with supporting tools through robust Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines
- Leverage automation extensively to improve efficiency and eliminate repetitive manual tasks
- Apply a careful and methodical approach by identifying risks, evaluating trade‑offs, and executing tasks efficiently
- Analyze, diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues reported by users of PaaS and CaaS platforms
- Develop maintainable, reusable software with a strong emphasis on self‑service and consumer usability
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues requiring deeper expertise in a timely manner
- Take ownership of support requests, tracking progress and maintaining clear status communication with internal stakeholders
- Report and document product defects, collaborating with other engineering teams to triage and resolve issues
- Create, review, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, with strong preference for Go and Python
- Experience designing and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code APIs using interface definition tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI
- Strong understanding of virtual computing environments, including hypervisors and load‑balancing concepts
- Knowledge of, and preferably hands‑on experience with, identity management, access management, and certificate management
- Experience designing and implementing logging, monitoring, and observability solutions for containerized environments (e.g., Fluentd/Fluent Bit, Prometheus, Grafana, Alert manager, and similar tools)
- Experience with .NET Core and the .NET Framework
- Familiarity with policy engines such as Open Policy Agent (OPA) or equivalent technologies
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least four years of proven experience in a related field
- At least two years of hands‑on experience building and maintaining container platforms such as enterprise Kubernetes or application platforms
- Practical experience deploying and supporting Kubernetes on at least one public IaaS provider (e.g., major cloud service providers)
- Operations and/or systems administration experience across UNIX/Linux and Windows environments
- Experience with configuration management at scale, supporting large and diverse infrastructure environments
- Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, DNS, and timeout behavior
- Understanding of distributed systems and virtualization technologies
- Experience with automation and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Concourse, Salt, Fabric, or similar)
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git‑based platforms
- Experience working in or supporting agile development environments
- Exposure to advanced networking and virtualization solutions is a plus
- Background in Dev Ops practices and culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to participate in on‑call support rotations
